Established in 1997, the Talbots Women’s Scholarship Fund has awarded over $1 million to help highly motivated women complete their undergraduate degrees. More than 600 scholarships have been granted to date, with recipients ranging in age from their late 20s to 60s. Their inspiring stories vary greatly but are woven together by a single desire – to achieve through learning.
Returning to college this fall, here are our $10,000 scholarship recipients for 2008. We congratulate them on their hard work and wish them continued success as they move closer to their goals.
